Did you know we’ve got a sauna and ice bath area on our farm?

Tân a Rhew has been running since last year and is proving to be really popular. We get visitors from all over South Wales visiting to try out the contrast therapy sessions (a combination of ice bath and sauna).

Located just yards from The Littlest Dairy you wouldn’t even know it was there but upon entering the area you’ll see why we chose that spot.

The ice baths and sauna are set in just the right spot to capture a fantastic view up the Rhymney valley and on a clear day you can see the Brecon Beacons in the distance.

You can book just a sauna or a cold dip in our ice baths or combine the two with a contrast therapy session. These usually involve ten minutes in the sauna followed by two minutes in the ice bath then ten minutes in the sauna, three minutes in the ice bath, ten minutes in the sauna and then finishing with five minutes in the ice bath.
